To get acquainted with volleyball a special form has been developed called: Cool Moves Volleyball (CMV). This takes into account the development of growing children. There is a clear line in the game which challenges the children and slowly increases their skills.

There are also matches. In season the Minis play once a month a Cool Moves Volleyball Tournament somewhere in our region. AMVJ-Martinus is part of the Haarlem region. The next tournament in Amstelveen is on November 11, 2023.

Age limits for CMV
Level 6: on 30th September of the season not older than 11 years of age
Level 5: on 30th September of the season not older than 10 years of age
Level 4: on 30th September of the season not older than 9 years of age
Level 3: on 30th September of the season not older than 8 years of age
Level 2: on 30th September of the season not older than 7 years of age
Level 1: on 30th September of the season not older than 6 years of age
