• A youth: Not older than 17 years on September 30 of the season.
  
  
• B youth: Not older than 15 years on September 30 of the season.
  
  
• C youth: Not older than 13 years on September 30 of the season.

For the 2025/2026 season, this translates as follows:

• Born after 01-10-2013:CMV youth. Exceptions may be made for children who have started secondary school but are technically too young for C. This generally applies to children born in October, November, or December of this year.
  
  
• Born between 01-10-2013 and 30-09-2012: First-year C
  
  
• Born between 01-10-2012 and 30-09-2011: Second-year C
  
  
• Born between 01-10-2011 and 30-09-2010: First-year B
  
  
• Born between 01-10-2010 and 30-09-2009: Second-year B
  
  
• Born between 01-10-2009 and 30-09-2008: First-year A
  
  
• Born between 01-10-2008 and 30-09-2007: Second-year A
  
  
• Born after 01-10-2007: Seniors (Men or Women)
