Reschedule a match?
If you need to reschedule a match you team captian can submit a request by e-mail to the competition secretariat via wedstrijdsecretariaat@amvjmartinus.nl with match details, reason for change and proposal change.General info
The competition secretariat informs the teams of the match changes. Only for an urgent valid reason (personal, family or extreme weather conditions) is an attempt to reschedule a competition. The competition program of the NeVoBo can be found on this site under 'Club info --> Matches'. The matches of all teams for the entire season shown here, although changes are always possible. Also with the Nevobo app you can quickly view matches and ranking.
The competition secretariat ensures that the teams are informed early about changes to the match schedule. The teams also have to keep a close eye on the site or app during the season. Changing matches is only done in consultation with the competition secretariat and the relevant teams. If it is not possible to reschedule the match on a normal match day, then, as an exceptional situation, a training evening will be allocated on which the match will be played.
A match can be rescheduled if the following conditions are met:
- An application for a reschedule of a match must be submitted at least 10 days before the originally match date, with the approval of both clubs
- Changes to a match, the designation of which is not made by the home-playing club, may only be made to a date that is at least 10 days after the date on which the application was received
- Matches between two teams of the same club must be established no later than 1st of February of the season, whether or not after a change.
- Matches, originally established in the period up to 1st of March, may not be changed to 1st of March or later
- Matches determined in the period from 1st of March may only be changed to a date prior to the original date
- The administration costs for a match change will be charged to the association that submits the request
